Our commitment

ACTELOS AI LIMITED wants the ActelosAI website to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people who use assistive technologies, keyboards, screen magnification or alternative input methods.

We aim to align the website with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. This is an improvement target, not a claim of independent certification or complete conformance.

Measures in the current website

The current implementation is designed to include:

  • semantic headings, landmarks and document structure;
  • a skip link and keyboard-operable navigation and controls;
  • visible focus indicators and adequate touch targets;
  • responsive layouts that support zoom and smaller screens;
  • text alternatives or adjacent text for meaningful visual information;
  • decorative diagrams and motion excluded from the accessibility tree where they do not carry independent meaning;
  • reduced-motion behaviour for users who request it; and
  • language metadata for English, Simplified Chinese and Thai pages.

Current limitations

The website has not yet received an independent accessibility audit. Complex diagrams, animated visual fields, third-party security interfaces and translated content may not provide an equivalent experience in every combination of browser, device and assistive technology.

Some downloadable or externally linked materials may be controlled by third parties and may not meet the same accessibility target. We will prioritise issues that prevent access to core information, navigation or enquiry functions.

How we assess accessibility

Our current review combines semantic code checks, keyboard and focus review, responsive layout checks, reduced-motion behaviour and manual inspection of representative pages. Automated testing can identify only part of the accessibility experience and does not replace testing with people or assistive technologies.

This statement does not represent certification by W3C or any external accessibility body.

Report an accessibility issue

If you cannot access information or complete an action, email hello@actelosai.com. It is helpful to include:

  • the page address;
  • what you were trying to do;
  • the browser, device or assistive technology used; and
  • the format or adjustment that would help you.

Please do not include passwords, sensitive records or information unrelated to resolving the accessibility issue.

Alternative formats and response

Where reasonably practicable, we will try to provide the relevant information in an alternative format or explain another way to complete the task. The time needed will depend on the nature of the request, the format and whether a third party controls the affected content.

Review of this statement

We will revise this statement as the website, accessibility testing and supported technologies change. The current version will show its effective or revision date after formal approval.
